Accommodations
Participants are responsible for covering the costs of their own accommodations.
Isatis Services Africa will reserve a block of rooms at the Novotel – Orisha hotel or Golden Tulip Diplomate in Cotonou. To be included in our block booking, complete the Accommodation portion of the online registration. An email will be sent to you confirming the hotel along with the block reservation codes.
Travel arrangements
It is your responsibility to make your own travel arrangements, including all air and ground transportation to and from the airport (unless otherwise noted in the business program).
It is recommended that you purchase a cancellation insurance and/or a refundable ticket in the event that you have issues with your visa or there are unforeseen changes to the mission. Air France/KLM, Brussels Airlines, Turkish Airlines as well as Royal Air Morocco offer flights to Benin departing either from Montreal, Vancouver or Toronto.
Travel requirements
An entry visa is required for Benin. Your passport must be signed and valid for at least, six months beyond the date of entry (with a minimum of 2 blank pages). An onward ticket is also required. You can obtain an eVisa only at https://evisa.gouv.bj/fr/

Optional Safari in the Pendjari national park
An optional Safari to the Pendjari national park is offered for an extra cost. Airlift to Pendjari Park will be provided by Benin Air Taxi and participants will be lodged at the Pendjari Lodge Hotel. The participants will enjoy a two days guided experience.

Cancellation
The success of this event depends on your attendance. Please call us ASAP if you have a conflict. No-Show penalty: By signing the application form, you are confirming your participation. Isatis Services Africa Inc. holds the right to invoice your firm the amount of$1,500 CDN in case of a no-show.
